Originally launched as a powdered bubble bath in 1961, Mr.
Bubble has since transitioned into a liquid formula that has become the best-selling
bubble bath in the United
States. To celebrate Mr. Bubble’s 50th
anniversary, the brand is introducing an updated Mr. Bubble character. Over the
years, Mr. Bubble has gone through multiple evolutions, from the original light
pink bubble outlined in white with bubble arms and eyebrows to a more
caricatured version sitting in an inner tube with real arms and legs. Today,
the new design features a more animated, colorful character surrounded by blue
bubbles. Through 2011, all of the bubble bath products will feature a 50th
Birthday banner.
