HALLU, from The Village Company, has introduced four new collections at Walmart—Unicorn, Mermaid, Fairy and Gnome—each with its own custom-designed jars and bottles, offering statement pieces for the vanity. Each of the collections features five pieces: bath bombs, body scrubs, body butter bars, body spray and body lotions.

“Until now, high-quality bath and body products that look and perform like our HALLU line have been found only in specialty stores at premium prices. We wanted to make these unique personal care experiences more attainable and affordable so everyone has the opportunity to indulge and escape into this magical world,” says Michelle Hanson, director of marketing at The Village Company, parent company for the HALLU brand. “Whether you choose to align with one complete collection, or mix and match across all four for a personalized experience, your HALLU awaits.”

“We set out to explore shapes and forms for the packaging and product designs that showcase the charming and imaginative side of escapism. Custom tooling unique bottles and lids helps to bolster the character’s personality. The forms were designed to be a disruptor on shelf and unique to the category, also keeping feasibility in mind that the packaging shapes should suit mass production. The packaging plays as large of a role in the consumer experience as the unique formulas do, and they work hand-in-hand to bring the story to life,” says Emily Colburn, creative director at The Village Company.
