Automated robotic truck loader is laser guided
Wynright Corp. (www.wynright.com) partnered withMotoman Robotics Division of Yaskawa America, Inc. (www.motoman.com) at to unveil its proprietary, automated robotic truck loader, the recent development in their expanding robotic technology solutions. The Robotic Truck Loader (RTL), operating on the latest-generation robotic control system, is a laser guided, autonomous product loader, designed for fluid-loading onto a semi-truck or shipping container. Circumventing the use of pallets, the RTL provides optimization of shipping space and improved loading efficiencies.
The RTL employs advanced robotic technology providing enhanced flexibility to adapt to a variety of products, provides high speed, increased through put, and utilizes the most recent generation of human machine interface technology making it extremely user-friendly. Based on Motoman’s control platform and Rockwell Automation components, the RTL integrates well with other equipment and is easy to control and maintain. The RTL uses the latest laser technology from SICK, Inc. for its autonomous steering and to maintain a safety perimeter around its’ work area.
