OCS (www.ocs-cw.com/english/Home) Checkweighers debuted its full range of industrial PC-controlled checkweighers at Pack Expo in Las Vegas, NV. From basic checkweighing with EC-ESSENTIAL (up to 150 pieces/minute) to high-end checkweighing with HC-AVANTGARDE (up to 640 pieces/minute), OCS provides solutions for most all checkweighing needs.

New on display this year and the first time shown in the U.S., was the HC-MEDIUM for mid-range applications for speeds of up to 250 pieces/minute. It is operated by an industrial PC (IPC) and is characterized by its 10.4 inch touchscreen display. It features the same control concept of the high-end checkweigher HC-A making cross training between various controllers a thing of the past.

As with all OCS checkweighers, the HC-M is equipped with Wipotec’s EMFR weigh cell unequalled in terms of precision, reliability, and repeatability.

OCS also exhibited the HC-M as washdown unit for harsh environments (IP 69K) and as stainless-steel construction for damp rooms (IP 65) as well as the EC-M-SL for heavy loads within the mail and logistics industry.
