The new product will be available late summer 2013, at select natural and gluten free grocery stores across the country. Wholly Wholesome’s latest Gluten Free Pizza Crust is an innovative addition to the brand’s most popular bake-at-home pie shells, pies and pie doughs. The new product will be available this summer in select grocery stores. The pizza crust is shipped in 9-pack pre printed self-merchandising cases for neatness and convenience on the shelf and is one of the few, if only, vegan and dairy free products that is shelf stable.
The pizza crust comes in a unique 9” size compared to standard 8” and 12” sizes. The 9” size conveniently serves two and can be effectively marketed as the most appropriate size. Made with natural, wholesome, non-gmo ingredients, including sunflower oil, Wholly Wholesome’s Pizza Crust is free of all 8 major allergens, kosher and produced in a dedicated gluten free facility.
