Fogg (foggfiller.com) is now proudly making a carbonated filler that will be available for purchase this year at Pack Expo. The new and exciting process begins by rinsing the bottle with air. This machine features double pre-evacuation with intermediate CO2 purging (flushing) before filling. The combination of analogue probe for the filling tank level and modulating valve ensures gentle handling of the product and better control of undesired foaming. It will then fill 355ml (12oz) glass beer bottles at approximately 25-40 bottles per minute. It will cap the bottles with a metal crown cap that has been sorted by the attached automatic vibrating hopper. This machine can be adjusted per your specific specifications and fills anything from still or carbonated water to beer and wine.
