BOU, the better for you line of cooking ingredients, announced today the launch of a new range of instant soup cups. BOU Soup Cups offers a healthier alternative that features non-GMO ingredients, no artificial flavors and a new type of packaging that is recyclable and microwaveable with a transparent lid.  

Made with lower sodium broth cubes, high-quality grains and dehydrated vegetables, this instant meal takes just five minutes to make with water. BOU Soup Cups are available in Classic Chicken & Noodle Soup, Garden Tomato & Quinoa Soup, Harvest Vegetable & Grain Soup and Shiitake Mushroom & Beef Soup. The cup also includes a spork.

With confirmed distribution through national and regional retailers including Whole Foods Market, Wegman's, Albertson's/Safeway, Jewel-Osco, Sprouts, and many other outlets, BOU Soup Cups will fill a large gap in the market for grab & go meals involving a broth base.  

BOU also expects to launch a new line of Miso Broth Cubes this fall. The cubes can be used to build your own ramen bowl or as a miso soup by just adding boiling water. The product, which comes in two flavors, Ginger and Cinnamon & Coconut, is gluten-free, non-GMO and contains no artificial ingredients.
