While plastic packaging is the fastest growing form of packaging in the U.S. in large part due to the popularity of fast food and consumer beverages, only 14% of it is recycled.
The ‘green’ movement definitely had its 15-minutes of fame, which probably spanned a few years. Is it just me or does it seem like the buzz is dying down?
