SunCure EcoPlast is a revolutionary new UV ink technology for plastic cup decoration that delivers high adhesion, fast cure speed, low migration properties and the ability to be washed off printed cups in post-consumer recycling processes, thereby improving recycled plastic quality.
The unique product combination features a 4-ounce molded fiber cup made with renewable resources, which is sealed with plant-based lidding film once food, typically cut fruit or vegetables, has been placed inside.
Borrow Cup – developed by award-winning environmental charity Hubbub and Glasgow-based reusable packaging systems provider Reposit – provides a shared system that enables consumers to avoid disposable cups by borrowing a returnable cup from any participating location.
All cups, lids, containers and cutlery in the new Veridian™ line feature the word “Compostable,” display the BPI Certification Mark signifying that the material is compostable, and include green or brown identification elements like tinting and striping that further help distinguish them from their non-compostable counterparts.
