Multi-Conveyor’s (www.multi-conveyor.com) engineers have developed one of our smallest footprint, single-filing systems for low profile objects.  This engineered solution demonstrates how a small height, circular product can move accurately through extremely fast-paced 90° conveyor transfers.

With products as incredibly small in diameter as seen in many food, pharmaceutical and industrial markets, and knowing that accelerated line speeds are mandatory to meet production needs, Multi-Conveyor not only met the customer's demands but exceeded their expectations.

This system will actually "de-stack or knock-down" the products as they move aggressively forward, in a continuous, unstoppable motion.  These conveyors are equipped with an intricate logic sensor system that actually counts each individual product piece before it is conveyed into a shipping case.
