Luxury food brands receives a makeover

Clif Family Kitchen launches.

Clif Family has introduced Clif Family Kitchen, a rebranding of their line of specialty food items (formerly Gary & Kit’s Napa Valley), which includes nut mixes,  chocolates, preserves, marmalades, chutneys, dukkah, olive oil, vinegar and more.

Gary Erikson and Kit Crawford, co-founders and co-chief visionary officers of Clif Bar & Company are the husband and wife team behind Clif Family Kitchen. Gary and Kit are longtime Napa Valley residents and many Clif Family Kitchen products are made from fruits and vegetables grown on their CCOF-certified organic farm. The couple worked with their design partner, Ana Field, to create the new look. In an interview, we asked the company why the rebranding….

“In order to better communicate the connection between our food, wine and experience we have aligned all of our branding under Clif Family. Now, there is Clif Family Kitchen along with Clif Family Winery and the Clif Family Bruschetteria food truck.”

The new design is meant to reflect the hand-crafted approach Clif Family takes with their specialty foods. Chef John McConnell works with Gary Erickson, Kit Crawford (the co-founders) and the Clif Family team to craft unique recipes that highlight the ingredients of each product and make for a unique and enjoyable food and wine pairing experience. Clif Family Kitchen is available online at cliffamilywinery.com and at select specialty food retailers across the country.
