Aroma and flavor profiles lead with broccoli and lactic tang with lower notes of celery, carrot, onion, garlic, black pepper, vegetable bullion.  The appearance of the soup should be thick and moderately dark yellow color. O, That’s Good! Broccoli Cheddar Soup surpassed quality standards and is awarded the ChefsBest Excellence Award as a high-quality product,” said a ChefsBest representative.

When licensed, the Excellence Award allows a product to claim it surpasses quality standards established by independent, professional chefs.
